Enforcement is not limited to infringing listings and may include suspension of seller accounts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All sellers on Coupang are strictly prohibited from selling counterfeit merchandise, either directly or indirectly. If counterfeit activities are detected, actions such as suspension of product sales and seller accounts, and withholding of settlement payments may be taken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Counterfeit Products<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For purposes of this policy, examples of counterfeit products include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products identified as counterfeit by the trademark owner or manufacturer&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products that mislead or confuse customers regarding their authenticity&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compatible products listed in a way that misleads customers into believing they are created by the brand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pirated products that infringe on others\u2019 copyrights (e.g., illegal software)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Authentication Requirements<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sellers are required to ensure that their products do not infringe upon any party\u2019s intellectual property rights and must verify the authenticity of their products prior to listing them on Coupang.
