What is Catalog Product Matching?
Catalog matching is a system where multiple sellers share one product page. A product is divided into different product pages depending on brand, design, function, certificate information, etc. If the wrong brand, design, function, or certification information is registered to a product page, the product can be suspended from sales, and the product can be separated from the page without the seller’s consent.
What is the Item Winner?
When multiple sellers offer the same product, the product that provides the best customer experience is selected as the item winner and exposed as the representative of the item. The item winner is selected in real time depending on various conditions such as price, delivery, seller score, etc. As in the image below, multiple items with the same option values are combined into one item, and a Buybox is created.
