Have you ever run into a question that you don’t know the answer to or possibly an issue that you are unsure of how to troubleshoot? Don’t worry! Coupang Marketplace has got you covered with different self-service help options.
As sellers on Coupang Marketplace, you have a couple of self-service options for troubleshooting your issues. First, you can go z to the help section in your Wing Seller tool.
When you first log in, you will be greeted with some announcements from Coupang. Make sure to read these, as they can often contain beneficial information and special notices. After you have closed this, navigate to the Help link on the upper right-hand side of the web page. Take a look at all of the helpful articles available to you! Make sure to use Wing in a browser that offers automatic machine translation services, just in case any information is in Korean. Some browsers that have these capabilities include Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. The Help section also allows you to use search terms if you are facing a specific problem.
The second way to find more information on the Wing seller tool is to go to the Online Inquiry section. You can find the online inquiries section at the bottom left of the Help pop-up, as shown here, as well as at the upper right-hand side of the web page, right next to the Help link! Once you have navigated to the online inquiry page, make sure that your preferred language is selected.
Here, you can also use specific search terms to find what you are looking for! You can even find helpful links within the articles and navigate to further helpful information.
You can also get helpful information at all steps of the listing process. When you click on List a product on the left-hand navigational menu. There is a Help button right next to each step of the listing process. Once you click on it, a pop-up will show up with information on the step you are asking about. The information may be in Korean, so make sure to use a browser that can automatically translate the information.
