If you are a seller with a brand, you will be able to create Brand Ads. Among Coupang’s ad solutions, a brand ad targets only the customers who search keywords to purchase specific products, following the customer journey from keyword search to product purchase. Keywords Brand Ads are exposed at the very top and in the middle of the keyword search result page, helping advertisers additionally acquire new customers and ultimately drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness.
A new customer acquired through a brand ad can be converted into a loyal customer of the brand! As a brand owner, you can find a new experience with brand ads.

Brand Zone
If you are a brand owner, you can also sign up for Brandzone! Brandzone is where sellers participate in brand ads. It is only available if a seller has Brand Ads. Sellers will also need to engage with Coupang Media Group agents to participate. The “Brandzone Menu” is an additional menu created on WING that you can access by navigating to the “Ads Center.” Sellers can move to Brandzone for the advanced options on the Brandzone creation page.
If you are approved and given Brandzone access, your first step is to set up the Brandzone name. The page name should be no more than 30 letters, including spaces, and the page description should be no more than 1500 letters, including spaces as well. After inputting the name and description, you can configure the Brandzone editing page.
