Managing your delivery calendar is an important part of keeping your customers aware of any delays that may occur due to upcoming holidays or for other reasons. It is also a crucial part of maintaining a good seller score. If your seller score gets too low, you will receive a notification from Coupang and your listing or account may be suspended.
When you list a product, you must enter the shipment lead time (time elapsed between receiving the customer order and handing over to the delivery company). In WING, another 6 business days will automatically be added to account for the shipping time and this will be your total estimated delivery time that will appear to customers.
When you update your schedule in WING as follows, any delays or upcoming holidays etc will factor into your estimated delivery date so that customers know what to expect! Below is a step-by-step guide on updating your schedule on WING.
- Navigate to Seller Information and in the dropdown, click Manage Delivery Calendar.
2. Click + Update Schedule on the right hand side and enter the date, name & reason for the event. Please note that if the event is multiple days, you will need to enter each day individually. Finally, click ‘Update’.
