One of the first steps after you become a Coupang seller is to complete your Know Your Customer (KYC) verification! This is mandatory in order to receive payment from Coupang, so please complete this process as soon as you are granted access to WING.
1.Enter your English name as indicated on your passport. Fill in the rest of the fields and upload a scanned copy of your passport to ‘file’. Then, click ‘next’.
2. If one person holds more than 25% of the company shares, choose Yes. (If you are an individual business owner, choose ‘Yes’) Then proceed with the fields below. For name, use your English name as indicated on your passport.For Equity Ownership, Enter your equity ownership %. (100% if you are an individual business owner.)
3.If you are an individual business owner, submit an English version of the business license you registered during onboarding. If you are a corporate business owner, download a template of shareholder register and fill out in English.
4.Choose an option corresponding to your company listing status. If your company is not listed, choose Unlisted.
5.Upload an English version of the business license you registered during onboarding.
6.Choose For-Profit Organization.
7.Select ‘Business revenue’ and then ‘Business related’.
8.Finally, click ‘confirm’ to complete the KYC verification submission!
