For Coupang seller settlement takes place on a monthly basis. If you would like to check up on your settlement status, log into WING and click ‘settlement’ on the menu as shown below.

Here’s what you need to know about seller settlement at Coupang:
- Sellers are paid once a month through direct transfer to their overseas bank account.
- Sellers are paid only if their monthly GMV exceeds 1million KRW. If not, it will be accrued to the following month’s settlement.
- There is a monthly 50,000 KRW Coupang Service Fee for sellers who exceed 1million KRW GMV (excl. Shipping fees). For sellers of appliances, computers and electronic goods, this 50,000KRW fee applies only after GMV exceeds 5million KRW (excl. Shipping fees).
- Monthly sales are settled on the 15th business day of following month.
- Coupang may withhold your payment if your account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or to repeatedly violate our Program Policies.
- Please note that there is a commission for each sale and the rate depends on product category, which is shown when listing your product or by searching in the WING help section.
- A 3% (VAT Exclusive) processing fee will be applied only on the shipping fee that you set for your products.
